HOW TO GET RID OF RATS IN YOUR LOFT & GARDEN

The first and most important principle to know is that in order to completely and permanently solve the rat problem, you must stop  rats in the house from getting inside  in the first place. New rats keep coming in. Once the house is sealed shut, every last spot, you'll have a much easier time of  rat trapping . Location is the most important factor. Set the rat traps  or rat baits on the rat runways, where you see droppings and trails in the insulation. Snap traps actually work the best. Remove and get rid of all dead  rats, and reset the rat traps. Move any unsuccessful rat traps. Continue trapping and baiting until there is no  more evidence of fresh rat activity.
